Our Why

After 7 years in the United States of America's technology and higher education ecosystem at institutions like Duke University and New Jersey Institute of Technology, Saili realized that high-level technical expertise is most needed at the grassroots level. By bringing "Social-Tech" methodologies to Nashik, she aims to turn data into a tool for community liberation.

Complementing this global vision, Anil brings 37 years of experience in Indian Public Administration, having served as a Superintendent of Customs and Central Excise. His deep understanding of Indian governance, regulatory frameworks, and community relations ensures that our work is grounded in integrity and local reality.

Together, we have built PragatiSankalp to bridge global technical standards with decades of Indian administrative expertise, creating a new, transparent model for social-tech empowerment.

PragatiSankalp was born from a realization that the greatest "Data Gap" isn't in the cloud, it’s in neighborhoods like Bhim Nagar where our story began. We exist to ensure that digital progress and social justice move forward together.
